The Lobster Lady was born in the heart of Maine’s Belgrade lakes region, where seven lakes shape the rhythm of life. It’s where my 4 kids grew up—on the water, in the woods, playing sports and surrounded by a tight knit community. While the ocean is just about an hour away, fresh lobster was not part of everyday life here. I wanted to change that by bringing the taste of the Maine coast inland—simple, fresh, and delicious.
